Kat’s verdictUse Replenish All only when the target level, lower-level gear consumed, any Gem shortfall and the remaining protected reserve are all clear on the current screen. Cancel if one line is unfamiliar. Quick Compose saves taps. It does not know which inventory you promised to another build.

The official record has two stages

Evony introduced Monarch Gear Quick Compose in Version 5.02.0 on June 27, 2025. The official note says it consumes all Monarch Gear below the target level and composes it directly to that level. The dedicated screen displays required materials. If they are insufficient, it may also show a Gem cost to fill the gap, although only some Monarch Gear can be purchased with Gems.

Version 5.17.0, announced January 16, 2026, added a confirmation pop-up to Replenish All in Gear Quick Compose to help prevent accidental actions. That confirms the window is a safety control. It does not publish every current recipe or make the proposed transaction correct for your account.

Treat the confirmation as a transaction

First confirm the exact target gear, level and quantity. A correct calculation for the wrong gear remains wrong with admirable efficiency.

Next identify every lower-level item the chain will consume and whether a shortage is filled by gear, another item or Gems. Do not assume Replenish All means “use only what is already spare.” The official introduction explicitly allows a displayed Gem fill for eligible Monarch Gear.

Finally calculate what remains. Gear assigned to another preset, future level or protected reserve is not spare merely because the interface can see it.

A reserve is arithmetic, not a mood

Suppose the account has 18 lower-level pieces assigned to later projects. The confirmation would leave 11. The protected-reserve gap is 18 minus 11, or 7 pieces. Cancel unless those seven pieces have been deliberately reassigned. This is an editorial example, not an official recipe or a claim that every gear chain uses seven pieces.

Repeat the same test for Gems: current Gems minus displayed fill cost must still exceed the protected Gem floor. If the screen does not show the cost clearly, the calculation is not incomplete. The transaction is.

Use the five-line audit

  1. Confirm the target Monarch Gear, level and quantity.
  2. Read the lower-level gear and materials proposed for consumption.
  3. Record any displayed Gem cost instead of assuming the shortage is free.
  4. Subtract the proposed use from inventory and protect other planned builds.
  5. For a large action, capture the confirmation screen and reconcile inventory afterward.

A fresh specialist audit published November 5 recommends the same target, shortage and remainder checks. It is workflow guidance, not independent proof of every current cost. The live confirmation is the account-specific evidence.

Conditions and evidence limits

The official 5.02.0 note calls this Monarch Gear Quick Compose. The 5.17.0 note uses Gear Quick Compose and Replenish All. Check the current interface before acting, because labels, eligible gear and costs may change by version. Do not apply this guide automatically to General Equipment, Civilization Equipment or Officer Equipment.

Kat’s Quiet Keep did not run Replenish All, spend Gems or inspect a live November 2026 confirmation. No universal recipe, conversion rate, Gem price or refund is claimed. If the client does not show the later confirmation, update before using the feature.
